Is Hodwell right for my business?
Hodwell is built for US home-service contractors, especially owner-operated businesses with one to five trucks. If you already get inquiries, send estimates, and do good work, we help you keep the follow-up moving. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, and other home-service trades are welcome.
Will you get me more leads?
Hodwell helps you handle the opportunities you already earn. Your website gives people a clear place to find and contact you; follow-up helps you stay in touch. We don’t run advertising or promise a number of leads, jobs, or revenue.
Do I really see my site before I pay?
Yes. We prepare a preview for your business before asking you to pay. You can look through it, ask questions by email, and request a signup link when you’re ready. A sales call is optional; an onboarding call helps us get your setup right after you join. A preview is a way to see the proposed website; it isn’t a live service or a reservation of your area.
Does someone answer my phone?
Hodwell isn’t a receptionist service. Missed-call text-back can send a message when you can’t answer. Any optional text assistant is separate, stays off until you approve it, and is tested before activation. We explain and check your texting setup before it goes live.
Can I keep Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Yes. You don’t have to replace the tools your team already uses. We’ll look at your existing process together and agree where Hodwell fits before setting anything up. Available connections differ: Jobber support does not mean full two-way job, invoice, or payment synchronization.
What if it’s not a fit?
Cancel by email, with no reason, call, or cancellation fee. We confirm your last day of service and stop the next charge.
Request your money back within 30 days after go-live or 60 days after your first payment, whichever comes first. Both deadlines are given to you in writing. Choose a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days, or a static site copy; the guarantee offers one or the other.
Your domain, phone number, Google profile, reviews, content, and customer data stay yours. Outside the guarantee, an optional static website copy costs $500. Hosted forms, messaging, and platform services are separate from that copy.

Your number and data remain yours. We provide an exit pack within 5 business days and a 30-day wind-down period.

Address verification, the receiving-carrier account details, and the releasing-provider authorization still need to be confirmed for the transfer. We explain the steps and check these with you.
